Dhoni Weds Sakshi Rawat

Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni got married to childhood friend Sakshi Rawat on Sunday night in a private ceremony attended only by family members and close friends, including a few of his team-mates, at a farmhouse in Dehradun.

28-year-old wicket-keeper batsman Dhoni got engaged to Sakshi Rawat, a 23-year-old hotel management student, at a private ceremony on Saturday night.

The wedding at the picturesque Vishranti Resorts at Bidhauli, about 25km from here, was strictly a private affair with only 50-60 close relatives from both the families of the bride and the groom, along with few of Dhoni‘s India team-mates, attending.

Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, RP Singh, Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma were among Dhoni‘s cricketer friends who were present at the wedding, according to a family member who attended the ceremony. Read the rest of this entry »

Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Saturday got engaged to his school-time friend Sakshi Singh Rawat at a hotel in Dehradun.

The entire engagement ceremony was conducted away from the media glare and was kept a top secret.

“Dhoni and his girlfriend Sakshi Rawat got engaged at hotel Bhagirath in Dehradun,” a close family friend said spilling out M S Dhoni’s Engagement News.

Rambha Weds Indiran at Tirupati

Actress Rambha got married to Canadian NRI businessman Indiran On Thursday (April 8) at Tirumala, the abode of Lord Venkateswara, in Tirupati. The couple offered prayers in the temple after marriage and later left for Chennai.

About 500 invitees, mostly family members, arrived at Tirumala hills on Wednesday for the ‘muhurtam’, which was held between 1030 to 1145 hours .
